2025-02-01 - Wine Release 3 Course Pairing Lunch
Join us February 1st and 2nd for an intimate and delicious tasting lunch highlighting our brand new winter releases: 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, 2022 Estate Pinot Noir, and 2022 Owens Reserve Pinot Noir.
Lunch is a three course pairing, starting with fresh, pan seared salmon on a bed of mixed greens, radish, cabbage, and green goddess dressing. Next is prime New York steak on mashed potatoes, with a Pinot Noir peppercorn au jus. Finish with chocolate Kahlua cake with Franz raspberry sauce and topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
We are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or substitutions for this pairing.
The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is the welcome wine, the salmon is paired with the 2021 Sparkling Brut, the steak is paired with the 2022 Estate Pinot Noir, and the cake is paired with the 2022 Owens Reserve Pinot Noir.
