Sparkling Soirée

Kick Off the Holidays at Our Second Annual Sparkling Soirée!

We’re ringing in the holiday season with bubbles and celebration. Our sparkling wine is made from the three traditional Champagne grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Like all of our wines, it is 100% estate-grown and crafted with care from vine to glass. We’re excited to unveil the second vintage of Balsall Creek Sparkling Brut just in time for the most festive time of year.

Celebrate the launch with us at an evening filled with heavy hors d’oeuvres, live music, holiday cheer, and the ceremonial first pop of the 2022 vintage. Enjoy pours of the new release, explore sparkling gift boxes available for purchase, and toast the season with your Balsall Creek family.

Wreath Making Workshop

Join our resident cheer-makers in our holiday workshop for this wreath making event! We transform the tasting room into a festive craft room for this event, full of sparkle, color, and the delightful smell of fresh-cut pine and cedar. Lesli and Emily have hosted a wreath making for many years, and last year it was offered for the first time at the Estate House. Due to the crafting space needed, there are only 12 spots available, but because the one session we offered last year was such a hit, this year there will be two, 11AM & 2PM!

Tickets include a hands-on training by Lesli and Emily, all the makings for your own wreath — a ring, the greens, baubles, and ribbon — sparkling wine, and light bites.
