Chehalem Valley Food & Wine Showcase
Nestled in the heart of Oregon’s famed Willamette Valley, the Chehalem Valley—anchored by the charming town of Newberg—is a hidden gem for wine and food lovers. This lush, rolling region is renowned for its world-class Pinot Noir, with dozens of boutique wineries and estate vineyards producing elegant, terroir-driven wines that rival those from Burgundy. But it’s not just about the wine. The Chehalem Valley is quickly gaining recognition for its vibrant culinary landscape. Local chefs collaborate closely with farmers, foragers, and cheesemakers to craft menus that highlight the flavors of the valley with freshness and flair.
This event is designed to deliver an engaging blend of education and exposure, connecting attendees with some of the finest offerings in specialty food and wine. General admission tickets are $60 and will give you access to 40+ local flavor vendors. Additionally, Balsall Creek is hosting one of three specialty cheese pairing sessions. The pairing class costs $25, and there are only 25 spots available. General admission tickets are required to purchase the pairing class.
Saturday, November 8, 1-5PM | Balsall Creek cheese pairing class @ 3PM

We’re excited to unveil the second vintage of Balsall Creek Sparkling Brut just in time for the most festive time of year.
Celebrate the launch with us at an evening filled with heavy hors d’oeuvres, live music, holiday cheer, and the ceremonial first pop of the 2022 vintage. Enjoy pours of the new release, explore sparkling gift boxes available for purchase, and toast the season with your Balsall Creek family.
