Chef Rob Connoley is a four-time James Beard honoree with a 2024 JBF Finalist for Best Chef – Midwest. In 2022 and 2023 his Bulrush restaurant was named one of the top 50 restaurants in the country by Wine Enthusiast magazine, as well as featured repeatedly on the BBC, Forbes and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ website.
Now living in Goose Hollow Portland, Chef Rob operates 100% from scratch, heavily foraged, and excessively locally sourced, with food inspired by the historic cultures of wherever he is cooking. His wine passion is gamay and any wines that tell the story of the land.
